It was recently announced that in two out of five categories in the 2016 REAL Trends/The Wall Street Journal Top Thousand, Sotheby’s International Realty was the number one real estate company. This is no small feat. The report, which comes out annually, tracks the top 1,000 real estate teams and agents according to their sales volume. They also track the top 50 agents and the top 50 teams based on the average sales price. In all, they track the best 1,100 agents and teams nationwide.
